Who Is Matthew Lanchester?
I love this question, because it's the question I decided to ask myself at the end of 2012, the question that launched my new way of thinking on New Year's Ever. Who exactly IS Matthew Lanchester, and how can I make him better?
The old me wasn't much of anything besides a recent college graduate, a new father, and a guy who held down two part-time jobs to pay the bills. I was satisfied with my life, but I wanted something more than satisfaction. I wanted to live life to the fullest and be the very best partner, friend, song, employee, and human being I could be.
The basics: I'm 24 years old. I live with the mother of my child, though we haven't made the big step towards marriage we've been planning, not yet. I love art, reggae and first-wave ska music, and hanging out with my one year-old son. But in the year 2013, I will be many more things.
I'm building this Weebly site as a simple way to chronicle the big changes coming this year and a few that have already happened. Check this space often, as I experience new things throughout the year of 2013. And best of luck to you in the coming months! I hope you'll try some new things and stand by my side as I continue to try to answer the above question . . .
